These Terms and Conditions describe the rules that apply when you use Pocket Fruity. They explain the relationship between us and our players, set out your responsibilities as an account holder, and describe how bonuses, payments and disputes are handled. We expect all players to read these terms and to comply with them when using our site and services.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Do not share login details or allow others to play on your account. We may suspend or close accounts where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, multiple accounts, collusion, or breaches of these terms. If we reasonably suspect money laundering, chargebacks, or other illicit activity, we may hold funds and require verification before releasing any balance.

General bonus and promotion rules

All bonuses, free spins and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions which form part of these Terms. Promotions may require qualifying deposits, be restricted to certain games, and carry wagering requirements and maximum-win caps. Only one welcome offer or registration bonus may be claimed per player, household or account where specified. Withdrawals related to bonus balances will be processed only after any applicable verification and wagering conditions have been satisfied.

Deposits and withdrawals

We do not accept liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Continued use of your PocketFruity account after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
